These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mbi44 ("mbi44", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mbi44 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://mbi44.cam (the "Platform").

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotion terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion or game rules.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mbi44, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.

5. You are not acting under a self-exclusion order or any voluntary or mandatory restriction on gambling that would make your use of the Platform unlawful or in breach of any agreement.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify mbi44 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying mbi44 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.

mbi44 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. You should treat any such request as fraudulent and report it immediately.

mbi44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal processing being suspended.

mbi44 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX-linked banks (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (subject to payment method minimums).
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing time of the selected payment method.
• mbi44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• mbi44 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent payment activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified payment method in the Player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credits.
• E-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers via DuitNow/FPX to major Malaysian banks are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during banking hours.
• mbi44 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• mbi44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

mbi44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet credits, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in individual promotion terms:

• Bonus Credits may not be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement, at which point resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Expired Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• During bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply. Stakes placed above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. mbi44 may withhold or cancel bonuses where it identifies patterns of play consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a one-time offer multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• mbi44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on mbi44 are subject to the game-specific rules and betting rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that game or betting market.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• mbi44 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical errors, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.
• Winnings will be credited to your Account Balance following settlement of the relevant game result or sporting event outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records held by mbi44's gaming and sports betting systems shall be treated as definitive evidence of the transaction, subject to any applicable independent adjudication process.
• mbi44 offers sports betting markets including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and may be voided where there is a material change in the status of the underlying event after the bet is placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by mbi44.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the Platform without written authorisation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the mbi44 name and logo, game software, graphics, text, data, user interface design, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbi44 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of mbi44's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform.
• Technical outages, server downtime, network interruptions, or other Force Majeure events beyond mbi44's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Errors in game software or third-party content provided to the Platform by licensed game studios, except where such errors result in a systemic misrepresentation of odds or payouts, in which case mbi44 will investigate and apply appropriate remedies at its discretion.
• Any loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or consequential, indirect, or special loss of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mbi44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, mbi44 will review the Account balance in accordance with applicable policies. Where closure is due to a breach by the Player, mbi44 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Credits and any winnings derived therefrom. Real-money balances earned through legitimate play will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
